I am glad that you have decided to view my profile.
Let me tell you a bit about myself. I am currnetly in my last year of highschool, still living with my parents a brother and three wonderful cats. I am an art enthusiast, which includes music and literature, not just visual art. I am also a bit of a physics and calculus nut... so my interests encompass a wide range. I suppose you might say my style is highly ecclectic. I have been put under various different stereotypes by people, including emo, goth, and prep. Personally, the only category I would think I could be found under is, as I mentioned, ecclectic. I have a gallery of some of my artwork, if you would call it that, at a site caled DeviantArt. As with most people here, my username is very telling of my personality. The name Yumi is comprised of the words "Yu" meaning reasoning, and "mi" meaning beautiful. I chose this because I think the name itself is beautiful, and because I fancy myself a bit of a thinker and a poet. I have been told that I have a great eloquence, and that the way my mind works is beautiful. I don't know about that, but I like to think it is true. ^.^ I have a certain niaivete about me, which I sometimes exaggerate when I want to, and it can be decieving. I am a highly spiritual person, though I am still growing and learning in my faith. I am a Pagan, whereas my entire family are Christians. This makes life rather difficult at times. I also have political views very different from my family. I am an open-minded individual, and I love to make friends, and discuss things with them, even if we have opposing views.
